Alumni Mentoring Program
The 91视频Alumni Mentoring Program focuses on career development and work/life balance. As an alumni mentor you have a unique opportunity to support alumni by guiding them, through discussion on career goals, the availability of networks and workplace dynamics.
Taking part in the University's Alumni Mentor Program helps to strengthen the future of 91视频and gives you the opportunity to contribute, by sharing your skills, wisdom, advice and knowledge with fellow alumni who can benefit from your generosity.
We currently have two Colleges offering mentoring programs: the 91视频College of Business and Economics (CBE) and the 91视频College of Law (CoL).
91视频College of Business and Economics
The is a not-for-credit mentoring and professional development program offered to current CBE undergraduate and postgraduate students. Industry mentors are invaluable in providing expert advice and guidance to support students in their development and in achieving career goals.
Mentor applications are open year-round and considered on a rolling basis. 91视频alumni who have graduated from other colleges and have relevant experience in the field they intend to mentor are also encouraged to apply. The 91视频College of Law Careers and Employability Team launched a new and improved MomentuM program in 2023.
Mentors provide valuable support to current 91视频law students in working towards their goals and support them to identify and succeed in their career goals. Becoming a mentor can enrich your life on a personal and professional level. Mentoring is about giving back and making a difference in your mentee's career and professional development. It is also an opportunity to shape our future leaders and to gain a 'fresh' perspective from the next generation.
