ORIENTATION SEMESTER 1 2025 - 3-14 February 2025
All student card services will operate from our Student Card Pop-up from 3-14 February 2025. This includes new cards, replacement cards and expiry extensions.

- Your old card (if damaged or expired).

Callback service: We encourage you to use our callback service to avoid waiting on the phone. This service will retain your place in line and we will call you back when you reach the front of the queue.
Our services
91视频Student Central provides student administration support and general enquiry services, including:
- Course enrolment and Timetable support including adding, swapping and dropping courses, and managing class allocations using MyTimetable.
- Help with course fees, Student Services and Amenities fees, invoices, payments and HELP deferrals.
- Navigating University processes such as Extenuating Circumstances Applications (ECA), Late Withdrawal with Special Circumstances, degree transfer and graduation.
- Providing support for eForms and difficulties with student administration systems.
- Finding the correct team or service at 91视频to contact, navigating the 91视频website and campus.
We also provide the following services:
- New and replacement student cards and extending expiry of existing cards.
- Issuing Academic Transcripts and Australian Higher Education Graduation Statements (AHEGS).
- Processing requests to Change or correcting the name, title, date of birth or gender on your official student record or provide Consent to the Disclosure of Information to a third party.
- Verifying your identity after attending an examination without photo identification.
- Delivering dictionaries for examinations where they are listed as permitted material.
- Preparing custom letters, e.g. study break (employment), fee letters, sponsor letters.
